Emerging Leaders Tutorial is delivered at the leader’s work site. By coming to the participants it minimizes the impact of taking these important leaders out of the business. Usually held over a working lunch environment, the monthly micro-sessions are packed with information and exercises. Each session covers two topics and last between 3 to 4 hours.
Class size is small to ensure maximum participation. Usually between 4-6 participant per session. The small class size also allows each leader plenty of opportunity to relate the current training to their own personal experiences.
